Better Me, Better Medicine Book Club

We believe there's always a way to make life better, which is why we're hosting the Better Me, Better Medicine Book Club.

We are inviting you to help shape the future of medicine by doing something physicians rarely do- prioritizing yourself. 

Our first book club will start with the survey "Quality of Life Inventory," written by Michael B. Frisch, Ph.D. as well as the book "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work," by John Gottman, Ph.D. and Nan Silver with a focus on not just marriage, but all relationships. Dr. David Barnhart will moderate the meetings 

1. It's FREE to all MCMS members
2. We provide you with the book
3. Each book club is limited to ten participants to provide an intimate small group environment
4. The first meeting will be held August 24th at 6:15-7:15 PM and cover the QOLI and the first three chapters of our book
5. The second and final meeting will be held September 21st at 6:15 -7:15 PM
6. Dinner and drinks provided
