  • MCMS Annual Sponsors may register up to two guests at no charge.
    MCMS contracted therapists may attend with their spouse/SO at no charge
    MCMS Invited guests may attend at no charge.
  • Physicians and their spouses/SO who live or practice in counties surrounding Madison County are invited to attend!
